RESIDENTIAL OFFER
The residents have the following infrastructure in a functional and modern setting at their disposal:
- modular office units of 24m² equipped with air-conditioning, carpet, lighting, heating, telephone-, electrical- and network connectors as well as safety door with safety key, sun blinds and louver drapes. Units on the ground floor have electrical steal roll-down shutters
- modular multi-purpose units of 24m² equipped with air-conditioning, lighting, heating, telephone-, electrical- , network connectors, sun blinds and a safety door with safety key as well as specific features that allow the tenants to equip these units to fit their exact research or production needs. - Safety is an important part of the facility management thus all the following precautions are provided for:
- All the office spaces have a steal door with 3 point safety locks.
- Glass at the entry and fire exits is reinforced to prohibit unauthorized entry.
- All windows have locks and keys.
- All windows and doors on the ground floor have steal electrical roll-down shutters.
- Access to the parking after working hours is behind a barrier with a pin code access.
- The IICB is part of a safety consortium with night guarding at random hours at night and during weekends – services performed by Initial Security.
- The common infrastructure includes:
- Locked Parking facilities for about 80 cars.
- A patio reception upstairs and downstairs that can be used as a showroom, reception- or demonstration hall at the occasion of "open house" activities or for training sessions for clients. Lounge corners with easy chairs and wireless internet access.

- Two conference rooms (up to 40 persons) fully equipped with audio-visual material (television, video, DVD player, cable TV connection, projection screen, overhead projector, LCD projector, flip chart and magnetic board). These rooms can be booked without supplementary cost by the residents following a booking schedule at the service secretariat.
- A kitchen with closets, a refrigerator, microwave, grill oven, dishwasher, tables and extra storage space. In the patio upstairs a set of tables and chairs are set up as cafeteria facilities. Automatic warm and cold drink and snack suppliers are also foreseen in this kitchen.
- Outside terrace with wooden furniture and "jeux de boules" corner for breaks/lunches in summertime.
- Sanitary units on both floors.
- Maintenance, storage and service rooms (including a room with the individual electricity meters). Also some server storage rooms that can be rented individually.
- The heating, lighting, water supply and maintenance of the common infrastructure.
- Residents have access to the building with an entry badge that can be used as a staff time clock. Standard setting of the entry badge is 24/24 – 7/7 but this can be custom adapted.
